This, first thing in the morning, is the best thing I do for myself all day! I felt the difference from day one and I felt the absence all 3 days in these 2 months when I forgot to take it.
This stuff works! I find I have to take two a day but never the mind, it has helped with what I’ll call my constant flight or fight response. I was pretty surprised at the effectiveness of the product and how quickly it kicked in for distress and focus. However, maintaining a subscription for long-term use seems a little steep. I will be on the lookout for promos, but don’t think it’s fully worth its full price.
